Im Starting The Methadone Clinic And They Want Me In

Im starting the methadone clinic and they want me in the withdrawal stages and im afraid i wont be in more of a full blown withdrawals. Is there anythimg i can do to help me in further stafes of the sniffling, sneezing, anxiety etc. I know this is a weird question but i need whatever advice i can get.
