I'm suffering from dull stomachache, nausea. Upper stomach. Worse on empty stomach. I switch between constipation and mild diarrhea. What could it be? Bad since Monday. I typically take probiotics, digestive enzymes, and a spoonful of raw apple cider vinegar with water (nightly).
