I'm Suffering From Still Disease And My Doctor Prescribed Me

I'm suffering from still disease and my doctor prescribed me omnacortil and from last 1 yr I'm on omnacortil, as I started with 40 mg and now I'm taking 2.5 mg so now my doctor suggest me to take on alternate days which is very difficult for me ...whenever I tried to leave for 1 days my symptoms of fewer , joints pains come again so that's y I'm unable to leave so pls suggest how to overcome the symptoms or side effects of omnacortil
