I'm Suffering From Tingling, Burning Sensation In All Extremeties. Very

I'm suffering from tingling, burning sensation in all extremeties. Very frightening, also have ringing in ears intermittently. have been to see dr. Blood test came back normal, but are sending me to see internal medicine doctor next week plus some kind of nerve dr. I'm 65 year old women. In good health. Normal weight. Active golfer etc. Never had any health issues of any seriousness. This has been going on for almost 3 weeks. I'm worried about ms. Don't have vision problems or coordination problems. Someone suggested it could be a compressed nerve. Was given Ativan to help me sleep and it seems to help diminish the symptoms. Any ideas would be so helpful.
