I'm Super Embarrassed And Ashamed I Feel Like It Happened

I'm super embarrassed and ashamed I feel like it happened so I would look at myself and no I gotta stop I was smoking out of a pipe I lifted it above my face to see how it looked and the meth spiled at the bottom and side of my nose what do I do it hurts so bad and I don't want it to heal ugly or get infected it's in such a delicate area !!
