I’m Supposed To Take 92.5 Mg Of Lovenox Twice A

I’m supposed to take 92.5 mg of Lovenox twice a day in conjunction with 5 mg and 7.5 mg of warfarin alternating daily until I see the Coumadin clinic on Tuesday. I have pulmonary emboli which is why I’m taking it. I’m 22 years old. The problem is the pharmacy didn’t get a prescription for Monday too so I don’t have enough Lovenox. Should I take 7.5 mg of warfarin on Monday instead of the 5 mg? My INR level is supposed to be between 2-3 and it was only 1.8 on Friday.
