I'm Suspectedly 42 Weeks Pregnant Now(04/16/2016) Based On My LMP,yet

I'm suspectedly 42 weeks pregnant now(04/16/2016) based on my LMP,yet almost 39 weeks pregnant based on my ultrasound and has grade 2 placenta..
I want a normal/vaginal delivery so im worried to hear that because i dont know if im overdue or not?or it might affect my baby?
