I'm Taking 6 MG And 3 MG 0f Warfarin Now

I'm taking 6 MG and 3 MG 0f Warfarin now and have been for quite a while. Six mg four days a week and 3 Mg the rest of the week. After 6 implants to my heart to help relieve heart beat, I'm curious as to the double Drugs. Could you advise ?
