I'm Taking Amiodarone And Have Been Given A Water Pill

I'm taking amiodarone and have been given a water pill to take a couple of days ago and am feeling a bit off with feeling ligheaded.
Could this been the reason that I'm feeling off as I read up about side effects and it said water pills can be one of them?
