I'm Taking Apixaban For A PE And Hydrocortisone For Addison's

I'm taking apixaban for a PE and Hydrocortisone for Addison's disease.
I can no longer take on Dicolfenac, which keeps my ankles and feet from being swollen and relieves sever pain.
Now my lower abdomen and ankles are very swollen. Dare I take just one Furosemide?
