I'm Taking Cilostazol 50mg And I Just Saw Here That

I'm taking cilostazol 50mg and I just saw here that one of the side effects could be coughing, stuffed nose and that's what I'm having now. I was by my family Dr. this past Sunday and he found my chest, throat etc everything was completely clear. He gave me nose drops and antibiotic but it's helping very little. I can go on for hours and be perfectly alright but suddenly the cough starts and that could go on for a while. I have flame but it's white so there is no infection. I had this in the summer and it stopped but now about a week ago it sarted again. Could this be a side effect of this medication?
