I'm Taking Coumadin For Thinning My Blood... Temporarily Taking Some

I'm taking coumadin for thinning my blood... temporarily taking some cold medicines for severe cough that is getting worse after 7 days of OTC meds. Taking the 250mg Azithromycin antibiotic... (5 day dose) and 10 mg Prednisone tablets. Had an unexpected nose bleed tonight and wonder if those meds might not be good to use with the coumadin. Cough is getting a little better but worried about the nose bleed.
