I'm Taking Diclofenac Potassium 50 Mg X2 Daily. It's Not

I'm taking diclofenac potassium 50 mg x2 daily. It's not helping. I'm miserable. I was diagnosed with arthritis in my knee and injured it on a treadmill. I am favoring it as well. The doctor was an ortho doctor. I previously saw a physician before that and he put me on prednisone and Vicodin. I am miserable. I keep ice on it non stop. Any ideas?
