I'm Taking Doxicyclin For MRSA Bacterial Disease Presenting Sores (

I'm taking doxicyclin for MRSA bacterial disease presenting sores ( also Toxoplasmosis has gotten in the sores.)On top of everything I've contracted either flu or nasal infection with sore throat+ dry cough.[toxo related?]-- Can I take Z-pac to alleviate infection symptoms? If not,what?(REALLY unwell!)
