Im Taking Fentanyl 12.5. I Have Severe Narrowing Of Spine

Im taking fentanyl 12.5. I have severe narrowing of spine smashing about an inch of my spinal cord at L4 L5 along with protrutions and several herniations. I also have degenerative disk disease. I have butrans 10mg patches can i take them together or if i put the butrans on do i have to wait? Ladt time they gave me headaches and crushing chest pain .Without them my head still hurts. What can i do. I also take synthroid25 wellbutrin 300mgxl and neurontin.
