I'm Taking Steroids For Temporal Arthritis, Currently Down To 13

I'm taking steroids for temporal arthritis, currently down to 13 mg daily. I had an injection of Prolia 6 months ago. I have been experiencing a kind of positional hypotension ever since. When I stand up my head feels weird and my head throbs with the sound in my ears coming and going. Could there be a connection. I am a 67 year old woman
