I'm Ten Days Out From A Vasectomy. I Am Experiencing

I'm ten days out from a vasectomy. I am experiencing excruciating pain with no apparent swelling or bruising. I am on narcotics and ibuprofen for pain. I have rested and iced as requested. No heavy lifting, either. This pain began two days after the procedure. When the meds are effective, the testicle pain feels like a pressurized ache. When the meds begin to wear off and as the day progresses, a severe burning sensation begins in addition to the ache. The meds barely take the edge off. My anxiety has skyrocketed, as I know these symptoms aren't typical. The only answer I get from my doctor is to just wait longer. Please help me understand what is wrong and when I can get my life back.
