I'm Three To Five Weeks Pregnant With Vaginal Irritation...feels Like

I'm three to five weeks pregnant with vaginal irritation...feels like it's swollen on the inside during intercourse with tolerable burning...but I had microscopic pink dots when I wiped as if maybe cuts from shaving but it's not from shaving could it be thrush or worse? After initial wipe they are no longer apparent..I am prone to bv but never had itchy burning or slight odor.
