I’m Transgender But Haven’t Taken Any Medications For It Yet.

I’m transgender but haven’t taken any medications for it yet. My question, is there a hormone regimen or way that I can become more feminine without becoming sterile? I’m okay if the treatment takes longer than a typical HRT if I can not become infertile.
