I'm Trying To Determine Whether I've Pulled A Back Muscle

I'm trying to determine whether I've pulled a back muscle or have a kidney stone. (If a stone, this would be my 3rd or 4th).
What is throwing me off is the pain when I move. Getting dressed after a shower (pants) required help from my husband.
Took 2 ibuprofen 2 hours ago. Still achey. Still occasional sharp pain.
Thoughts?
