I'm Trying To Diagnose My Condition After Going To Hospital

I'm trying to diagnose my condition after going to hospital with breathing difficulties, X-ray, ecg and blood all clear however my oxygen level was 90 vs 92 I am short on breath, then suffered severe chills then my muscles wouldn't work in my legs making it difficult to walk and my husband had to help, the hospital prescribed me steroids to take for 5 days only, I am von hipped lindau and take hydrocortisone and fludrocortisone anyhow. My muscles have improved but my chest is still very bad and tight, can you advise please, thanks
