I'm Trying To Figure Out If I Have The Flu,

I'm trying to figure out if I have the flu, pneumonia or ? I have fever, chills (but not teeth chattering), very bad cough, pounding headache, diarrhera, no appetite, can hear squealing noises in my lungs, and I don't want to get out of bed. Have not been vomiting. Never been sick like this before.
What do you think is wrong with me? Should I go to Urgent Care?
