I'm Trying To Figure Out If I Should Take My

I'm trying to figure out if I should take my son to the Er for his headache. He started yesterday with a sore throat and cough. Today I had to pick him up from school because he had a fever of 99.9 F. He said his head hurts worse than when he had a hernia. Do you recommend I take him to the ER or wait until the morning and re-evaluate at that time. Thanks for taking time for my questions.
