I'm Trying To Find Out What Is Going On With

I'm trying to find out what is going on with my son, I got his lab results Urea Nitrogen is high Creatinine is Low BUN:Creatinine is High, ALK PHOS is High also, MCHC is Low and RDW is High I don't what they are. And his UA Urinalysis Specific Gravity is High and they found a trace of High Protein in his Urine. Please Help me analyze what is going on. Any advice? Help
