I'm Trying Top Help My Son With A Medical Problem.

I'm trying top help my Son with a medical problem. Lives away: Let me explain, For the last (4) weeks he has had a sore throat and can barely talk very raspy and than he just needs to stop talking. He has been taking a antibiotic for the last week from a (Eye/Ears and Nose Specialist.) Not seeing him what would be your best thought on his problem. Four weeks is just to long to not be a able to really talk. I'm concerned.
