I'm Unsure If My Dog Had A Bowel Or Bladder

I'm unsure if my dog had a bowel or bladder problem. She voided , but then keeps wanting out and runs around, squats with no results, races around and squats again and again! Did void a little but am wondering if she could be constipated. if so it would be a first. Last night she had a fair amt of raw cauliflower & broccoli. usually doesn't cause a problem.
