I'm Using Norethisterone Right Now To Delay My Period. Last

I'm using norethisterone right now to delay my period. last month i got my period on the 28th and the month before on the 24th. i've used the norethisterone since yesterday night i took one tablet and today i took three, i want to keep taking the tablet till the 26th of this month. i thought i would get my period between the 24th and 28th this month or later but i'm having white vaginal discharge already, is this an indication that i will get my period earlier then expected, also is the norethisterone already working i've only taken 4 tablets so far. will it work or will i get my period?
