I'm Very Tired Of Trying Different Doctors Only To End

I'm very tired of trying different doctors only to end up thinking that maybe I've lost my mind and all is "normal" because the tests say so. I'm 42. I have mild hypothyroidism after a hemi-thyroidectomy. I have moderate reactive hypoglycemia. No fruit and no sugar. My blood sugar drops to 60 ish within 15 min. I have to stay under 1200 calories of low carb in order to not gain weight and around 1000 to lose. That, in and of itself, is manageable. It is frustrating, but manageable. Armour Thyroid 120 mg. TSH ranges 1.6 to 3.3. All other blood work is great. I eat healthy and get regular exercise. I'm still 217 lbs after a recent weight gain of 20 lbs in one month. My record is 40 lbs in one month and 80 lbs in 3 months. My increasing concern is the heaviness and "achiness" in my arms. It is intermittent. Also, when I lay down at night, immediately my feet feel ice cold even though my husband says they are not. I'm also fatigued and get whatever illness creeps into the house. Where do I begin? I've seen all the endocrinologists and no help. They have recently found multiple cysts on my liver. Could that cause a lack of glucagon to regulate the insulin with the reactive hypoglycemia?
