I'm Visiting In Dubai I Had Sever Pain On The

I'm visiting in dubai i had sever pain on the left side whent to emergency its a stone size 6 mm close the the bolder gave me injection for the pain lost for 2 hours then the pain started again as soon i left i vomit on the way I'm in the hotel but i feel pressure in the had with pain as i move I'm taking (Ciprobay 500.) (Urinary Alkalinzer) and (Voltfast 50 mg) the doctor in the hospital aske me to get (sankol) (Acetaminophen 500) and (Chlorpheniramine 4mg)and (Hyoscine 10mg) but I'm scared to take them a lot of medicine what should i do should i get them what if i have pain again during the night I'm dringing water aot please give me ur advise?
