Im Wondering About A Time Line For My 86 Year

Im wondering about a time line for my 86 year old sister, who has Myelodysplastic Syndrome. She also has severe COPD. Her Blood count was down and has had 3 units of Blood in 6 weeks. Today is was back to 9.2. Her kidney function has been at 17. Dr want to possibly start blood infusions every two weeks. She may not want to do the Infusions. She is extremely weak and uses wheel chair the majority of time now. Can you give us an extimated life expectancy with or without the blood infusions?
