I'm Wondering About Some Symptoms I'm Having....always Tired (no Matter

I'm wondering about some symptoms I'm having....always tired (no matter how much sleep I get) I could literally take a nap at any time, I'm always hot when others are cold....do not even own a coat and we live in midwest, I'm having trouble losing weight also.......all of a sudden had problems with reflux, and vision changes.
