I'm Wondering If I'm Paranoid Or Possibly Pregnant. I Had

I'm wondering if I'm paranoid or possibly pregnant. I had a late period in February and eventually got it but took 3 at home pregnancy tests which all came out negative. In April I got super paranoid and had anxiety and I don't know why but I just thought I could be pregnant again. Although I've never really been sexually active and never had intercourse. I took a 4th pregnancy test and that came out negative as well. I've never skipped a period and never had any symptoms of pregnancy such as morning sickness. I have been under a lot of stress and have gotten a lot of anxiety in the last few months. It affected my health in that I lost quite a bit of weight and was even losing my hair. I don't feel healthy and so I'm just wondering. Is it possible to be pregnant after 4 negative pregnancy tests?
