I'm Wondering If Anyone Can Read Xrays? I'm Looking For

I'm wondering if anyone can read xrays? I'm looking for a second opinion on a few xrays.
I am in severe pain, I can't walk or bend at the waist, and it's been getting worse. After going to an express clinic and getting the xrays, a doctor told me that it "looked like i might have a broken tailbone." He mentioned there were several other abnormal things, but that he wasn't sure, because that wasn't his specialty. Is there anything on my xray that points to fractures, myeloma, or anything I should consult a specialist about? Or is it just a broken tailbone? I am in pain and its only getting worse. I am concerned about myeloma due to the constant severe hip and lower back pain. I just wanted to know if there are any lesions, fractures or anything seen on the xrays that might be causing this kind of pain.
