I'm Wondering When I Was Younger I Took These Little

I'm wondering when I was younger I took these little white pills would give me a rash all over my face and my body and I'm pretty sure it was nice and and best thing that I quit smoking methamphetamine because I had to go and do a drug test the next day my friend give me five of them pills told me to drink them I drink them and the next day I went to go do my drug test and I came out clean does that really work or how long does it take cuz I have to do one tomorrow
