I'm Worried I May Have Appendicitis. I Have Had A

I'm worried I may have appendicitis. I have had a dull pain in my right lower abdomen for the last few days along with nausea and some pain with urination located only in my right side. Could this be appendicitis? How dangerous is it to fly with these symptoms? I am heading home from Europe today (6 hour flight). Will I be okay?
