I’m Worried A Condom Is Stuck Inside Me From 3

I’m worried a condom is stuck inside me from 3 1/2 weeks ago. Since then I missed my period, am not pregnant (confirmed by a blood test), and feel bloated and slight discomfort in my pelvic region (sometimes it feels like cramps). Can this all be caused by a condom? Note there is no foul odor or odd discharge, no itching, etc.
