Im Worried About My Son's Pennis Because Right Now Is

Im worried about my son's pennis because right now is red and puss coming out .He got this before a month ago but it did not bother him and only last for a day and he did not feel any pain. But now I can tell he feel pain because he cried and touch his penis. Im really worried please I need some advice.
