I'm Worried For The Last 6 Months I've Had 1

I'm worried for the last 6 months I've had 1 period which was a massive heavy bleed for 1 day only and I've constantly got a gurgling stomach of which I get trapped wind which then becomes embarrassing especially now I'm seeing someone and the gas decides to release whenever and during sexton. I also have lost weight rapidly I was 10st 2 but now only weigh 7st 2 .I'm not a big eater and sometimes just snack .this isn't normal that it's a constant everyday thing I have alot of illnesses going on so I am very concerned as to why me again can you help please I'm going out of my mind with worry
