I'm Worried That They're May Be Something Wrong With Me.

I'm worried that they're may be something wrong with me. I got the depo shot birth control (which last only 3 months) in May this year and I dint receive my period in May or June. Then the ending of July and beginning oh August I had irregular bleeding for two weeks. The rest of August I didn't bleed and September I didn't get my period at all. Now i have the symptoms I would if I had my period: breaking out, bloating, aches and pains, mood swings, pain in the stomach etc. but I'm not bleeding. It feels as though I'm leaking but when I go check there's nothing there. What's going on with me?
