Im45 Yrs Old, My Last Menses Nov. 27, I've Pregnancy

Im45 yrs old, my last menses nov. 27, i've pregnancy test and negative, dec. 28 i took primulot nor 10mg 3x a day for 5 days, i wait 3 days for blood come, but it not happened, yesterday again i took primulot nor 10 mg 2x a day for days, is there problem for this, or any side effect? I want my blood come, pls advice me, thanks
