Implantation Of Pace Maker Was Done In Dec.2016.During Angiogram It

Implantation of pace maker was done in Dec.2016.During angiogram it is diagnosed type III LAD has proximal luminal irregularities and 80%stenosis astride diagonal. Mild LAD has 40% stenosis. Majaor diagonal has 30% stenosis. I am 75 years with hypertension. Pl advice if stent or by pass required. If stent how many? If medication with clopital with asprin is adequate Thank You.
