In 1986 I Got Breast Implants. Recently I Had Them

In 1986 I got breast implants. Recently I had them replaced (9/11/15). One week post op I told my surgeon that I was having occasional sharp pains in the incision area of the right breast. He told me that was to be expected. The pain has become continuous and more intense. I am now at the point that if I'm not wearing a bra, I have to support my breast with my hand because of the pain. He has suggested that I take Advil for the pain, apply Salonpas to my breast and prescribed Cymbalta for me to take daily for the pain. I have noticed that my right breast has dropped from its original position by 3/4 of an inch. I have an appointment with my surgeon again tomorrow. If he continues to disregard my concerns, should I find another surgeon?
