In 2007 I Had A Frozen Shoulder With Bone Spurs

In 2007 I had a frozen shoulder with bone spurs on the left side, had surgery and PT. I got back about 90 % use of my arm. I waited a long time (too long) to see a dr. And was in a great deal of pain by the time I saw him. I waited because I have MS and. Thought the problem with my arm was related to that. Now I believe my right arm is starting to experience the Same symptoms. I have an appt with my primary the end of Jan. 2017, do I wait the six weeks or make an appt right away with my primary or an orthopedic dr?
