In 2008 I Was Diagnosed With Bilateral Carpal Tunnel The

In 2008 I was diagnosed with bilateral carpal tunnel the left was prominent.I had carpal tunnel surgery,arhroplasty,tendon transfer on the left.I havent done any strenuous work until recently,now the swelling and pain has returned.my question is have I injured myself or are my hands,wrist and forearms having to readjust to this repetitive type of work? Thank you
