In 2008 My Vdrl Was Positive Doctor Give Some Medicine

In 2008 my vdrl was positive doctor give some medicine to eat then i cured.In 2013 i got married and try for concieve doctor said for vdrl test and that was positive then doctor said tpha test and it was 1:160 then i got treatment of penicillin 24 lac for three weeks and also erythromycin 500 mg for two week after 4 month again my blood tested then report come tpha nonreactive then again after 3 month very recently my blood tested then tpha titer was 1:320 so i want to know can my treatment repeat or i am cured
