In 2012 I Was Experiencing Chest Pain On My Left

In 2012 I was experiencing chest pain on my left side and my doctor thought I had a heart murmur. I received an echocardiogram which showed that I did not have a murmur but instead was experiencing heart valve regurgitation from my mitral, bicuspid and aortic valves at trace amounts. I'm starting to have random moments of experiencing bad chest pains on my left side again which also leaves a weird, burning sensation at the back of my throat and an ache in my back. I'm not sure what my next steps should be...is this cause for concern? Should I get another echocardiogram? The pain is not daily but is more frequent now (2-3x/week) and can be dull with random moments of a shooting pain. Any guidance would be much appreciated. Thank you!
