In 2012, My Colon Ruptured. It Was 13 Hours Later

In 2012, my colon ruptured. It was 13 hours later before they had a surgical team together. I had a VERY LONG incision in the middle of my chest, along with having a stoma sewn into my LEFT SIDE.
The MAIN PROBLEM is the middle incision NEVER QUITE HEALED. For the last three years my husband changes my dressings twice a day on 'what use to be called "WOUND", but is really a drain'. I have seen some very good doctors, but they are all, afraid of me. MEANING: They don't think I could survive more surgery of ANY KIND. My husband & I have documented most of the past 3 years / photos included.
We have measured & weighed my dressing before & after changings.
I am losing 2 to 4 oz. of body fluids & blood at each changing. I also have WALDENSTROM'S (WM) cancer, I knew that the blood & body fluid lost was going to catch up to me. It did. Now I have to have at two IRON TRANSFUSIONS in the next two weeks. My Oncologist still wants to give me a RITUXIN treatment at the same time. I really don't want any more RITUXIN, until some one can help me with "Gut".
After reading some of the SIDE EFFECTS of the IRON TRANSFUSION, i"m not to happy. My batting average in and with medical problems isn't to good, if you know what I mean.
