In 2013(76yrs old) in good health, very active I was gardening and pulled 2 identical weeds , one in each hand with disposable gloves on. Barbs from the plant went through the gloves into my fingers. Within 3-4 days those areas started to fester . I applied antibiotic cream. They healed over the area effected and within a month my knees swelled. I was sent to Mayo-Rochester where they drained my knees and gave shots of cortisone and was treated for Rheumatoid for 3 yrs with all the biologics with no improvement. I thought my immune system went haywire. In 2015 I was diagnosed with Hydroxy calcium deposition. Pasty lumps of calcium surrounds my knuckles and is also invading my other joints. The doctor at Rochester said he doesn't know how to treat me. Was looking on the web about hempCBD for pain and help. l
