In 2016 I Was In The Hospital Due To A

In 2016 I was in the hospital due to a body rash. My bile was in my blood stream and my oxygen was very low that they place me on oxygen for about 6 months. They tested me for parasites and none was found. The doctors at the hospital state its a mystery. It did show that many years ago I did test positive for the West Nile and Dengue, but it was not the cause. My liver enzymes keep risen on and off, my hips and muscle hurt every night. I do place the lidocaine patches on, with no relief. I also tested positive at 5.6 recently for Sjogren disease. Now going to a gastro..., Heat releases through my body every night. Due to the pain in my hips and legs I get little sleep. They state they do not know what it is, but state its a immune problem. What should I do to relieve the pain at night?
