In 2nd Month I Suffered From Very Small Amount Of

In 2nd month I suffered from very small amount of bleeding and doctor prescribed susten injection for 1 month ( twice in a week). Later on in 5th month I came to know my pregnancy was anacephaly affected. So terminated the pregnancy. Now I am 7 weeks pregnant and doctor says fetal heart rate is less ( 119 Bpm) and fetal growth is 1 week less so suggested me to have duphaston tablet and susten injection for next 15 days(twice a week). I am afraid please tell is it safe ?
Is it a sign of unhealthy baby and Caesarian delivery?
